what are the internal levels at adobe for engineering and how does that map to the standard engineering titles like senior, princial etc at other companies. levels.fyi doesnt have any level mapping for adobe
ESDEP10 entry, ESDEP20 1-5 yoe, ESDEP30 3-8 yoe, ESDEP40 5+ yoe title changes to senior, ESDEP50 10+ yoe, ESDEP55 12+ yoe, ESDEP60 15+ yoe title changes to principal
Thanks a bunch for replying. So the levels increment by 10 (like 10,20 etc) until you reach 50 I assume ? Also level 30 is not senior ? My friend has an offer. Initially they said it’s level 40 but now they say it’s level 30 and rsus are fixed based on the level. Is this true ? This is for sdet position btw
I'm 30 right now and my title doesn't include "senior", I'm working towards a promotion and I'm pretty sure they'll bump me to 40 and my title will include senior. Level 60 is as high as things go as far as I know. My info is all for swe. I don't know if it's different for sdet.
Senior = 5 & 5.5 Principal = 6
Hi whats the base, rsu and sign-on one can expect for level 30 ? Does adobe give annual bonus and refeshers ? What happens after the 4 year cliff when your initial rsus have vested ? Do they continue to match the initial rsu ?
Levels.fyi seems to have accurate information as far as I can tell so look there for base and rsu. Rsu refreshers aren't guaranteed. I have received refreshers 4 of the last 5 years. I know others that haven't received any in the past few years. The refreshers didn't match the initial grant but mostly kept my salary the same after the 4 year cliff. For most people annuall bonus is %7 if the company does well and if the individual does well.
How about manager levels
Adobe is on Levels.fyi?
