Adobe on-site decision

I gave on-site three months back and recruiter said the feedback was positive from the panel but they need more time to make a decision. They want to interview all the candidates in the pipeline. The same response I got from recruiter last week. I took that as a reject and moved on. I have seen in other posts people mentioning Adobe sometime take longer time to make decision but 3 months is crazy. Posting it here so that it can be useful for others in the same boat. Location - Bay Area Thoughts?
