I can say for Bay area but other offices are equally good from what I hear.
I've heard it's decent - you can compare the ratio of positive to negative reviews related to wlb on Glassdoor, and Adobe has one of the highest (btw Adobe employees, please vote here:) https://us.teamblind.com/s/k1JberjW
