Hi All, I am in an interview process of Adobe Workfront for Senior Program Manager position at Seattle. Can you please let me know what is the expected base and total compensation for the above mentioned position? Also, it would be great if you can provide the bifurcation of the overall package/ compensation. YoE- 7 years TC-$113k #tech #adobesalary #adobe #workfront #management
Adobe recently had a small layoff of about 100 account executives and salespeople and some other roles. However, I think you’ll make more money at Adobe than in your current role.
@Qdue86 - understood! Can you please help me with the original post query?
Check benefits.adobe.com. It’s a public site that explains most benefits. I left recently so I don’t know if they changed anything for 2023. Unlimited PTO and sabbatical after five years are two of the better benefits. A lot of jobs are hybrid, so 2-3 days onsite each week is the target.
I don’t know the program manager role, but my incoming salary in a non technical role, more junior role was higher than $113k in San Jose almost 10 years ago. Maybe just ask the recruiter the range.
Don’t know much about program manager but a quick search on levels.fyi suggest somewhere between 175-225 for the Seattle area for Sr PgM. No specific Adobe numbers though.

Feeling bad now that I didn’t switch Job to a FAANG or similar.
Does it worth leaving WITCH in the current environment? I know they pay half what the market, but at least they dont fire or lay off.
Does Adobe layoff? Never heard them doing that?
I mean I am working for HCL Technologies, definitely when it's the need of the hour , they will also lay off! Due to this ,I don't think I will ignore such an amazing opportunity
