Adobe’s poor recruitment process
Hello, I attended virtual onsite interview with Adobe last month, I repeatedly try following up with the recruiter through emails and phone calls but he never got back to me. Finally after 5 weeks, when I tried contacting him again, I got a rejection email, he did not even cared to update me by himself. I am in the Tech industry for a while now but never went through such a bad candidate experience, expected much better from Adobe.
Expected a grammatically better title.
Hmm, do recommend some good institutions to improve on it 😂

I have experienced this as well. I have interviewed with many FAANGM companies, and all of those have been a very nice experience. But not Adobe, it seems they lack basic sense of maintaining decorum with prospective candidates.
Not only just with FAANGM but even with small startup companies, the recruiters were very transparent about sharing the update in the hiring process either ways, Adobe ##### in that, horrible experience!!!
