Advice for getting a data analytics role from management consulting
My partner wants to get a data analytics role but is having trouble getting interviews with only management consulting on his resume. ~4 years management consulting at a small firm He has learned SQL. What would another good investment be? Tableau? Python? How can he showcase those skills to get past the recruiter screen? #dataanalytics #recruiting #consulting
Python definitely! Maybe talk about some personal projects using these tools. Can pick up something from Kaggle. In terms of companies, my partner moved from finance to tech recently and she got a few offers - Uber, Xandr, Citibank. And these were all tech roles.
