Advice on base salary negotiation
Hi Blind, I am finished with my final interview and I am expecting an offer for a position that had a base salary with a fluctuating range of $10,000. I would prefer to be in the higher spectrum of this. What’s the best way to approach the salary I want when the recruiter presents the offer? #Salary #tech #interview

Great I will do that. If The range is $10,000 and I request $5000 more than base, could they remove the offer completely?
