Advice or Referral Needed - MENA

Hi, I am an American trying to find tech work in the Middle East. I have had small leads (aka recruiters calling but then ghosting, hiring managers engaging telling me to keep following up with HR). I have a very lucrative 8+ years experience at FAANG companies with a skill set I know is needed here for digital transformation. Is anyone in MENA hiring expats? Do you have any guidance? Can you please refer me (the company does not matter). My background is in Global Account Management for some of the largest enterprises in the world. TC: 375k but willing to negotiate for anything at this point 😔
