Advice regarding eb2 GC with 2020 priority date
Hi, my priority date is Nov 2020 being an Indian the current date for eb2 GC is 2012. I recently switched companies and plan to switch many times till the priority date gets current. Do I need to repeat the entire GC work during each switch or just once when the priority date gets current? TC: $170k

Only when priority gets current. I don’t think there is any benefit in repeating the process. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

There is benefit. When dates get current you have advantage of moving back to one of those companies and get rest of stuff done

You need to have active 140 with active employer when the PD is current. Meanwhile you can switch to any number of companies

Keep switching, start the process, so that they don't doubt you are going to jump the ship.
