Advice regarding juggling offers
I have offer letter from PayPal, also I am in the interview loop with Google and OCI both of which will take atleast 2 more weeks to finish and maybe one more week for the offer if I do get in, the offer letter of PayPal has a one week expiry, can someone suggest how should I approach this situation? Should I email accept PayPal and then reject if I do get google or OCI? Yoe? Did you try asking oci and google recruiters to expedite the process as you have other offer? Also did you talk to PayPal recruiter asking for more time? Generally being honest with recruiter works well in most cos
5 years. OCI is gonna expedite the process but the process has just started so can’t expect faster than a week. Google I had already taken future interview dates myself so that I get enough prep time, so not sure if it would look good to go back on the dates I CHOSE. Coming to the PayPal people, do you think recruiter would be ready to wait for 2+ weeks? I got the official letter yesterday
No idea. Depends on HM and recruiter.
PayPal is not a right move. You should accept it and keep it as a back-up and go through the OCI or Google loop.

@puliraja From the time they told you about the TC numbers, how long did it take for them to send offer letter? I am asking since I accepted the verbal offer but waiting on the offer letter.
Whats the 45L break down?
