How’s the sentiment at afrm with the major stock price decrease? It seems like the company is doing pretty well and still has major growth from an outside perspective.
Cheaper cost basis for vesting RSUs, so more capital gains and lower taxes. 💎🙌🚀🌕

Affirm lives and dies with Peloton as I just found out today. 30 percent of their business is peloton bikes which I think makes them potentially unstable
Of course Peloton is great for us. We also have a ton of travel deal which will take back off towards the end of this year. Plus Shopify will be huge when it’s out of beta.
Hope so! Good luck. What’s it like to work there?
I mean for those that joined at least a year ago the cost basis for our RSUs was $13... I believe it’s trading around $90. Not too much to complain about
I had a same question as OP. Affirm employees are you worried about decreasing stock price? It has gone down from $130-$90 in 3 weeks. Or do you think it is a temporary dip but stock will go up in the long run?
I also noticed that klarna is getting a massive ipo valuation. Affirm employees, do you think affirm will also enjoy similar growth or worrisome competition?
Plenty of space in the bnpl market — slated to triple in the US over the next few years. Affirm has a huge exclusive travel portfolio which will skyrocket revenues towards the end of this year and beyond
My guess it was maybe overpriced? Also I read there is a partial release of lockup period so investors want to get profits before more supply hits the market. Or just market sentiment.
Maybe. The decrease happened really fast after first earnings was released and I guess the guidance wasn’t good as people thought. Curious to see how affirm’s business reacts after visa and MasterCard are increasing their merchant fees
