Considering applying to Affirm for its full WFH policy and high comp. Can any current or ex-employees speak to the work life balance? #affirm
I love it but I’m not an engineer. I think engineers have a little less flexibility but I imagine it’s still better than most companies
Depends on which team you land on. I hear it could be anywhere between 20hrs and 60+ hrs a week.
Personally, I have great WLB. Generous time off, no micro management, can nap during slow/down times.
Can I dm for referral?
Wlb is really team dependent. Try to get a sense when you talk to the hiring manager.
I might’ve been the exception but it was a terrible experience for me. The politics, managing up, zero meritocracy etc all drained me. So like others said it depends on team.
Been at affirm pre ipo and love my WLB

What is the business model of affirm now considering interest rates are high?
XLT recently had an in-person forum in NY that covered a lot of strategies you will be interested in hearing. Videos are available online
Couldn’t find anything on a quick search. Can you please share. BTW is the company profitable?
