How often does affirm stock committee meeting meet ? If someone joins on March 8th, when can the vesting schedule being ? #Affirm
It's probably the board of directors who approve stock grants. You can find when the BoD meets
Vesting starts the day you start. Currently 1 year cliff then monthly after that.
I want to know if i join at a specific date with a stock grant of $100k. What date would the $ amnt be converted to stock units. Is it joining date or some other date ?
Not sure if that’s been set in stone yet, eventually I think it’s supposed to be the 90 day trailing average of stock price on start day
