Affirm yearly TC increment/ RSU refresher
I recently got an offer from Affirm for Senior Software Engineer position. I wanted to know how yearly TC increment at Affirm is structured? Specifically, is there merit increase for your base salary? Do you get yearly cash bonus ? For the performance grant of 30%, how likely is it? Also current Affirm employees how do you like working at Affirm in general? Thank you. TC: 270k YOE: 4

Given that the price has been below the $50 mark, are they still assigning RSUs at $50/share? Are they making up for this by assigning higher RSUs?
The average price is around 51/52$ for my join date, so it’s still above $50. Will see how the stock price goes, can’t really control if stock price drops suddenly and your average price is higher than the latest close price
