Too many conversations about Salary and bonus that mean nothing. I want to know how I stack up against my peers. I'll start: 31, $152,000 including 401k. Still renting so no money in a house. Single.
36, ~400k give or take. not including about $500k I have in my house. Director level.
23, -$24680 as of now.
Truth right here. Do you have a car or anything?
You mean that piece of crap depreciating asset I financed? You can throw in another -10k.
33, 175k
level?
27, bank balance is 2k and paying off student loans
Pretty much the same. If it makes a difference, I've been working for about one year
Not much different here. 29 and worth 7k now. I had to go to a grad school to change my job and pouring cash reserve into marriage fund. Failing at CPA exam doesn't help either :(
30, 50k
24, $22K
How is this possible? How did you get to 22k? Did you have any student loans that you're paying for?
32, $89K in NC. Cola cheap as hell... that's how I make myself feel better. own 2 houses total $735K in houses
How does someone do that? Did you inherit something?
1st house was $515K in Northern VA under my name as first time home buyer so I was able to put 10% DP. 2nd house was $220K in NC and we put it under my wife's name so she could buy it as a first time home buyer, so we put 5% this time. we sacrificed a little credit card debt to build up cash for DP.
20, 8k
Intern?
25, 50k. Car and student loans paid off, renting. Went to a cheap school

High five. We're the same age and about the same "Networth". Thank you school loans.
