Never ever used AirBnb. Stuck to hotels for peace of mind and amenities. Now with the massive TC plummet I am seriously considering AirBnb for travels. Any tips for a first time AirBnb user?
1. Only go with good rated and well reviewed AirBnbs 2. Check for all required amenities(kitchen etc) you need before booking 3. To get the best of Airbnb experience take an entire place to yourself with a view of your choice like farm stay or ocean/beach view and/or good backyard

1. If Airbnb listings show pictures of everything except the house/room, avoid those. They do it because the house isn’t good enough to get customers. 2. Always check cancellation policy. Find places that allow some time to cancel without crazy fees. 3. Go to the Airbnb with your hopes tempered. They’re not always as good/big as the photos suggest. 4. If you’re going into the woods, save offline maps and codes to the key box in advance.
If you chose to rent an Airbnb that has a strict cancellation policy, and is $$$, consider buying travel insurance in case you need to cancel. I used Travel Guard.
Fees are always so effing high
Choose wisely live well 😂😂
