Airbnb Benefits?
What does Airbnb’s benefits package look like? Can get somewhat of a sense from Glassdoor but curious if company does holiday shutdowns, how much equity they give to new employees, bonus %’s, etc. Also, what is the remote policy? I am interested in a position in SF but live on the east coast.

Remote policy update is scheduled to be announced march end/April. Most likely there would be remote only policy but compensation change etc will be announced in mar/apr
Good number of holidays. 10 public holidays. 2 floating days. 2 release holidays. 7 winter break. 15 pto $500 Airbnb credits per quarter. Good medical and dental to whole family. Nice people. Bad mid managers, mostly pre IPO timers. Overall great vibe.
