Any advice for the on-site interview? I'm worried about having to present 3 projects in 45 minutes... Also, does anyone (engineers included) remember the questions they got asked in the cross-functional interviews? All I know is that "Describe a time when you were a good host" is one.
Practice your presentation and make sure you can get through it in time. Think about questions they might ask about your work and think of answers. Usually I get asked what would you do differently? Look up the cross functional questions just so you get a sense of what they entail... Also look up the core values. They're looking for authentic answers but it can be nerve wracking so I found it useful to sit down and think about some examples of things I might be able to talk about for each of the sample questions I found.
The cross functional interviews are either going to be easy or difficult. Prep won’t help that much. The interviewers are looking for authenticity, not answers.
Hey! I’m looking for referral for a role. Can you please help?
