Seems they are really in need of cash.
I bought Lyft when it went to IPO, not sure if it will reach that number in next 2-3 years. Then bought Uber (in dip) to compensate the loss in Lyft. Uber $3k at $38 Lyft $5k at $60 😪 I learned lesson not to touch IPO stocks..buy the dip after 1 year and hold it for long time.

Wrong. If you know how IPO works, you will understand why most stocks "pop" on their first trading day. Even Lyft was the case. Uber was a rare exception - their stock already went down during the price discovery phase

If Airbnb has the cash to survive until pandemic comes to an end. The market isn’t very promising even if vaccine is out, it will prob take another year before travel industry get back to 2019. Very likely the price will drop to bottom right after IPO. Need to wait and see. Just my personal thought though
I’ll wait to see the S-1, but would probably buy early. After all this is over, it’ll bounce back up. Travel is resuming in Europe, so don’t lose sight of that; just because it’s not going to be busy in the States 🤦🏼♀️
