Airbnb PM interviews
Has anyone recently been through the Airbnb PM interview process? Do they ask the standard product design, execution and strategy questions?

It’s hit or miss. Went through full loop recently. HM had 2 years of prod exp per their LinkedIn, and didn’t ask product sense or execution. Just behavioral. I just think they didn’t have exp to properly ask real prod questions. The others asked sense and execution along with measurement. After interviewing there I realized some of their product teammates have no idea what they are doing. I was also asked the, “so PMs are like mini ceos, what are your thoughts on that…”. I hate that question because we are not and that mentality toxic to our field. This is why product management is becoming a crappy role now a days.
i just wanna know why every pm role i see asks for 7+ YOE there lol
