Just finished my airbnb onsite. I had Architecture, Technical Quality Assessment, Experience, Coding. I only had 1 onsite coding but did 2 phone coding rounds. The first 3 I did ok but on the coding round, I wasn't able to finish a corner test case. What's my chance for the next step? Feel stupid now since I was panicking for no reason. I really like Airbnb product and they are near where I live. The lady Interviewed me was nice to tell me that I did solve the problem and it's tricky to cover corner cases, but I feel like I messed it up. TC: 360K YOE: 5 #airbnb
I'm sure you will be fine! Sounds like you did pretty well overall. Also how was the TQA?
The recruiter will tell you what it is. But basically itâs a code review session, they give you a pull request and you analyze, give feedback on it.
You would be fine, seems like your loop was for l4?
I am commenting here for help.. how was the Technical Quality Assessment round? I have my interview coming up soon also. So looking for some data on the experience. Thank you! Good luck for the result.
Hey OP! How did it go? Heard back from recruiter yet? Kinda sailing in the same boat.
Scheduled a follow call tomorrow. I havenât done the cross function yet so the follow up seems to be a reject
Good luck buddy! I hope itâs a call to schedule the follow up!
Can I DM you about the on-site? Mine are scheduled in two weeks. Thanks!
If you nailed the other ones you're almost certainly fine. I've seen plenty of people get hired with one mediocre interview.
Thanks man. I hope so too. đŹ my second try with airbnb onsite already
I got rejected at Airbnb with one âvery closeâ design round and recruiter said I âcrushedâ the other ones. Hope you have better luck!
