Airbnb cross-functional interview feedback timeline
Hello Airbnb folks or folks who went through this process, I gave my cross-functional interview this Monday. What is the normal feedback timeline? I tried to contact recruiter couple of time but no response. My first core value interview didn’t went (i feel i was not organised enough though i answered all the questions) not that great but the second one went really well. What are my chances of going through this round?? PS: Interviewed for senior mle role. TC: $220k

First interview was kind of ok ok but in other one I had really good conversation with interviewer (as I could feel from our interaction).
I meant the interview about your past experience. Project and more technical interview
Did recruiter say they were getting your packet to HC?
I didn't hear anything from recruiter post interview but they did said this before the interview that it will go to Hiring Committee, then you get your result.
It took about 2 business days to hear that the core values was good enough to go to HC
I had my phone screen two months ago and am still “in the process”
Ohh that's too long, did the recruiter said it's in the process or no update from them after the phone screen?
I’m in team match now but took forever to get here.
Is it for g9?
Senior is G9
Yes most probably G9, but the recruiter said it will depend on Hiring manager if they want to go G9 or G10.
How many days it take for the recruiter to get back after your technical rounds?
Because of the interviewer's unavailability they had to move my technical coding interview to the some other day. And I got the result on the same day itself since they already had results of other three interviews from other day.

When was yours? I am in the same boat too. Looks like lot of pending folks. Might be they figuring out the new headcount :)
They’re going on a 2 week break at the end of this week. I wouldn’t be surprised if things are just slowing down and waiting to pick back up in the new year.
