Airbnb hc review

cleared core values last week and recently informed by the recruiter that I'll need to wait until the Q2 hc review finished. What is that about? Is it for the hiring committee to determine whether I'm hired or not or to decide wheter the headcount still exists? Anyone on the same boat here? #engineering #airbnb
