Op what was the difficulty level of airbnb interviews?
Does Airbnb have an office in india?
It does apparently
Which city in India?
Bangalore. I don't think office is setup yet as they started team building during pandemic this year.
Did you go through a referral for your Google interview? If yes then your referrer will know the details.
Goodness me, the recruiter at Google didn’t even leave his/her number to you? It’s so selfish. But I just loved the way you have mentioned your TC breakup, it’s perfect!
Ask about stock refreshers at Airbnb as well before making a decision, heard that google india pays descent refreshers
OP can you please share your interview experience? Or can I DM you for the same?
Hey op! can you give some pointers in how to get a call? I want to interview with them but not getting any calls.
Highly unlikely, that would be negotiating in bad faith, ask them to hold for a month until you get google offer
@google: how will OP justify Airbnb about holding the offer for a month ? And if Google works out by then, OP will turn down Airbnb after holding for a month? That's equally as bad. @OP: my 2 cents - it may not be the right one but you can think about it - When I interviewed at Google 3 years ago, I had 2 recruiters in the loop. You probably should have more than one recruiter in your loop? If yes, reach out to the other one and ask them to fast-track because of an exploding competing offer. If no, ** search other related Google recruiters (search your G recruiter on LinkedIn and contact the ones from "people who viewed this profile also viewed" section if they are from same location). ** Don't know if this is a good idea but you can think about it & decide
