Airbnb onsite feedback
how long does it take after 2nd on-site to receive feedback? its been well over a week and recruiter has not said a word since @Airbnb
Things are slower this time of the year. Lots of people are off work this week and next since it’s the last week or two before the “school year” starts for those with families. Reach out to the recruiter if you don’t hear by Monday. You should at least get a quick update, unless the recruiter is also on PTO.

I got feedback within a week or two, and then took about 5 weeks after that to get an offer. As others said, I think it's a weird time of year and I also heard they're allocating headcount for remainder of the year.

2 weeks is an eternity. I would be pissed
In general you shouldn’t be hesitant to contact your recruiter. It won’t affect the decision and it’s their job to talk to you.

Don’t they have culture fit rounds the same day as other onsite interviews?
