Airbnb team matching
I am currently in the team matching phase in Airbnb but it's been almost 2 weeks that I have not heard anything from my recruiter. Is it normal to take this long for team matching in Airbnb? Current TC: 430K. YOE: 12 I know you guys are interested in my offer. Unfortunately, my offer comes after team matching.

That’s a long time. I would contact them after just 1 week personally. Also, I think team matching at this stage is a new process.
