Airbnb’s interview process sucks
Just venting out of frustration. Feel free to troll me. I had the first phone screen on Monday. It went great! I finished the problem early and asked a bunch of questions to the interviewer (I didn’t get a lot of info, because the interviewer english was horrible). They asked for a second phone screen. Whoooooot? I did it yesterday, the problem was lc medium. The interviewer’s english was horrible too... and he interrupt me all the time and wascondescending as hell, giving me hints that I actually already implemented... Of course I was rejected... TC 420k

Software engineers for their Ford Credit/Financing software
Fairly sure I was rejected for being a white guy. Interviewer entered cross functional interview and appeared to hate me before I let a word out of my mouth.
