They'll probably have to switch to vested cash bonuses instead of RSUs, else there is no reason for existing employees to stay thus diminishing the value of the purchase. For new employees, they might get all cash offers - maybe Twitter will be the next Netflix in terms of high cash packages.
Yeah Tesla market cap 1 Trillion and still pays shit! There is no way Twitter would pay like Netflix under Elons micromanagement!
