Alphabets (non-Google) comp? Equity?

Each bet is permitted to be completely unique, and most have chosen to be in some way or another. Transferring between the bets (and to Google) are also case by case, often requiring interviews and compensation adjustments. So it will depend on the team. This information is also not shared transparently within alphabet.

I'm in Verily. We get Verily stock, and the levels are comparable to Google, although some little things are slightly different, such as perf review process, etc. The senior management is trying to make the levels comparable to Google to make the transition in and out smoother, i think.

Is 1 verily stock equal to 1 google stock? I would assume that verily stock must have a much higher growth than goog stock, but still gives you liquidity if you need it, if you could convert them to goog stock!

What about Nest? Are they similar to the Google mothership?
