Hiring managers, please be honest, would you instantly throw my profile away because I look like a job hopper? I want to know how hiring managers think and they are probably less than 10% of the population here. Job 1: 13 months Job 2: 5 months Job 3: 19 months Job 4 (current): 11 months
Not entirely in case of BigTechs. Most likely in mid tier orgs.
I would assume you were a contractor. Thats actually how I’d frame it. Maybe change the 19 months to 15 months. Thats the longest I’ve heard of in one stint.
If someone wants you for a single project, no. Now imagine a manager who has 2 year goals and why they would want to spend 6 months getting you up to speed and delivering quality work.
It may not look that bad now but if this keeps going on for 1-2 more times, then you will have a problem with growing in the career (just a personal opinion).
For me, yes. Why would I want to invest my time and resources in ramping you up for a 2-3 yr project?
No , if you have the right stuff in terms of what caters to a role on your resume that’s more important . You can address the job hopping saying a lot of the places weren’t ideal
+1. It’s also about how you frame it. I’m on my third job in two years and still get through for interviews. Laid off from job 1, job 2 was a startup and things were heading south. My tagline for interviews to get job three was “I’m married and about to start a family. Having been through a layoff recently I can’t really take the chance that this startup is going to do one before an IPO”
I think OPs concern is about being rejected during resume review. May not even get a chance to explain his short stints
Yes, especially in this market full of strong profiles with long running jobs, who’re searching.
Hard pass for me
Its a pass for me. I have many number of projects which requires you to ramp up and do the actual work which takes time to deliver. I have to justify your hiring to the committee even if you have rockstar resume.

'Hindutva': The Radical Hindu Ideology That Seeks to 'Push Christianity Out of India’
The problem is that your resume looks bad in comparison to other resumes received for the job application. Why are you jumping so many jobs anyways?
Gen z way of increasing TC
Looks like OP spent time prepping for interviews rather than performing his actual job. This certainly does not look good unless people believe these are due to layoffs.
