I had my final panel interview with a company last Wednesday. Tomorrow it will be a week since the interview. I sent everyone on the panel a thank you note tailored to them. I planned to follow up tomorrow but today the recruiter reached out to me with this message: "Hey (Name) - The team is in and out of the office and I haven't had a chance to sit down with them yet around next steps. I'll be in touch as soon as I hear more!" Do you think that this means I am not the top pick and am being kept warm while they offer the position to someone else? Recruiters, what do you think?
