Microsoft pokdhdnrbr Oct 30, 2019

Looks good for the yoe although bonus can be better

Oracle R2d2c3p0 Oct 30, 2019

Only you can decide that. If you are not satisfied, try interviewing and get some offers

Nintendo hvccvb Oct 30, 2019

Is TC here salary or salary+stock+everything else In short, my guess is no even when taking out faang

Capgemini devopsgu OP Oct 30, 2019

Its base. 125k. Company doesnt offer any stock. What could be the TC for someone having same profile as me at Amazon?

Nintendo hvccvb Oct 30, 2019

Check out levels.fyi but amazon is in the faang category and will pay higher than most employers around.

eBay ghddihfy Oct 30, 2019

You can do better in Seattle buddy. Chase that TC!

Salesforce jehelfog@ Oct 30, 2019

It’s low. Look for a new job.

Capgemini devopsgu OP Oct 30, 2019

Been trying for Amazon for a while, but I understood that I lack good programming skills.

Synopsys anon57 Oct 30, 2019

If you are not a good programmer move to Product or you will have hard time finding higher wages

Capgemini devopsgu OP Oct 30, 2019

Does TPM role in Amazon needs to have programming experience too?

Amazon trailblzer Oct 30, 2019

Can you just casually move from DevOps to a TPM? If I were you, I wouldn’t assume that. Also, you really should figure out which role you want to grow in. It doesn’t make sense to work in a role that you don’t like.

Capgemini devopsgu OP Oct 30, 2019

No, I dont intend to move from DevOps to TPM, just wanted to know if TPM needs any programming exp in Amazon.

Cradlepoint gggkkk Oct 30, 2019

No not at all DevOps is a highly paid job especially if you know kubernetes.

HashiCorp Karla2018 Oct 30, 2019

Seems on the low-average side, but not awful.
