Its base. 125k. Company doesnt offer any stock. What could be the TC for someone having same profile as me at Amazon?

Can you just casually move from DevOps to a TPM? If I were you, I wouldn’t assume that. Also, you really should figure out which role you want to grow in. It doesn’t make sense to work in a role that you don’t like.

No not at all DevOps is a highly paid job especially if you know kubernetes.
