Recruiter from Homeaway, got back to me after an onsite and said it was " the feedback looks pretty positive from the interview team" and that he wanted to setup calls with hiring managers to "pitch their roles". Does this mean I'm getting an offer ?

I think its a positive signal based on what the recruiter told you.. Probably they have multiple roles open and want to find the best fit.. Meet each manager and listen carefully, prepare some questions to ask as well
Why are you moving to HomeAway from Boieng?
That warrants a whole post on its own. The things I have seen...heard... Also, HomeAway will definitely pay more for my skillset

You most likely are getting an offer. Getting the thumbs up from the interview panel is huge. The rest is finding a team fit. Even if the offer doesn't come just remember that the market is strongly in your favor right now.
Thanks for the response, what happens if I don't necessarily like the teams but the teams like me?
You can certainly turn them down if you feel like you have better options elsewhere, but there's lots of opportunity for internal movement once you're in, so I'd factor that in.
