Am I underpaid?

Senior Product Marketing Manager (P4) - 143k base, 75k stocks (4yr vesting), 15k bonus. Top-5 MBA, top performer. PMMs in other BUs / competing Cloud companies seem to be earning >$175k?

Not true, Google finance automatically uplevels 1 for a MBA. Hired a L4 and they were brought in as a five automatically.

For PMM it looks fine

I think you are getting started, I can see potential to grow and earn more in terms of titles and money...don’t feel bad and don’t get carried away with the numbers you see here for FB, Uber, etc. if you get at that level it’s awesome otherwise those are not standard.

Fresh grad hire or experienced hire?

VMware brewston OP Jan 14, 2018

That's really good pay

Google YTBs33 Jan 14, 2018

MBA don’t mean anything in Top SV firms, especially a banker MBA like Wharton. Older lower tier firms still like the degree, but they pay less.

VMware brewston OP Jan 14, 2018

Your CEO is from Wharton...

Google YTBs33 Jan 14, 2018

He is beloved in spite of that. The credential has very low cachet at Google. I used to work at VMware and now have been at Google for many years.
