Can someone who has been through the process fill this up, just so that I can get an estimate of the wait time? How long does it take to go from Day16 to filed ? Day01 - System generated: Initiation received and case record opened Day01 - Contacted client with case instructions and request for documents Day02 - Completed questionnaire received from foreign national Day06 - LCA posting and instructions sent to employer for review and posting Day08 - Confirmation of LCA posting received from employer Day08 - LCA submitted on DOL website Day08 - Public Access Folder sent to employer Day15 - Certified LCA received from DOL Day16 - All documentation required to process case received Day22 - Forms/documents sent to employer for review and signature Day27 - Signed forms/documents received from employer Day33 - All certified and signed documents received and requirements for filing have been met Day33 - Case filed with USCIS Day35 - Receipt notice received from USCIS-ELECTRONIC
From the day I filled out the questionnaire and sent all the docs, it took fragomen 1 month and 6 days to file the application. They are really horrible with communication. So be proactive and ask for email updates once a week.

Do you need to follow up fragomen or they work as per their convinence ?? Trying to understand if there is any point doing follow up with fragomen/ recruiter for filing.
I did follow up with them two times and mentioned I needed the timeline as I had travel plans. They were pretty good responsive and kept me updated. I think their usual timeline is about 1 month 10 days or somewhere close to that based on what I gather. But it might differ case to case.

My process shows a little different. They didn't file any LCA but they sent for signature now. Does that mean they are going to file LCA and again gonna send it to manager for review?

Mine is stuck on “Awaiting signature from employer” since Feb 25. But my approved LCA was received on Mar 2nd so I see a update for that. How much longer you had to wait for them to file application after this?
They will reach out to you for latest paystubs. Most likely yours will be submitted this week
