Amazon - Platform issues - Side effects of layoffs?

I am struggling with an issue with my Amazon account. I have spend literally 100 of hours and talked with 10's of chat support and still have the issue unresolved. Anyone had similiar issues? Never had this bad customer support. Wondering if the layoffs is affecting the platform too. The issue started around a month back when my expedete shipping suddenly disappeared (Even when i have prime) and every item started showing "Free shipping for prime members " where it used to show " Delivery by Monday 5 PM" and when i order it say "Delivery date pending. We'll email you as soon as we have a delivery date." Now the fun part begins I tried chatting with customer care, below are the standard responses 1)Shipping depends on the location of the item and you home location. (I proved them wrong by trying to ship to my neighbor from my account where i get prime shipping) 2) Dont worry we will update as soon as a date is available (and not respond logical to my questions) 3)Thank you for bringing to our notice, we will update as soon as its fixed(No updates or follow ups ) 4)We understand you concern and added $5 to your account ( Made around 50$ this way😊) 5) We are looking at your issue and suddenly a new rep join the call, to whom i have to start from beginning( The most standard response) 6)There is a ticket created for your case and a ticket# is provided(When i asked the next rep, he has no clue of the number) The issue is still unresolved wanted to ask WT* Amazon!!
