Amazon - back to office
Folks at Amazon, do you think Amazon (specifically AWS) will allow working from home indefinitely like many other companies? What’s being told during company wide meetings? Any plans being made to get back to office - specifically in Seattle? Considering an offer. TC: 190K YoE: 5 #wfh #office #amazon #amazonaws
There will be far more leniency when we do go back but I don’t see us going back any time soon.
For now managers check the voice of the masses. Majority votes fall into these two 1) WFH all time and 2) mostly WFH with occasional office visits for those who want. Leadership not pushing any rules yet.
This has been confusing as I am supposed to relocate at some point haha. My manager doesn’t even know when. Oh well, that’s kinda how COVID world works.
Same here. I like working from the office. So don’t want to end up working from home forever and have never met my coworkers
