Amazon- Interview again after 6-8 months?
After rejecting an offer because of compensation, can I reapply for same role ?
If you didn’t like it before why apply now
Maybe they have better offer.. and I get time to vest my current company stocks..
Shouldn't be a problem. Although if they offer the same total comp and you accept, I hope you have good reasons.
In what world would he need good reasons? "HEY HERES AN IDENTICAL OFFER" "Accepted" "WAIT A SECOND BUDDY YOU DIDNT BEFORE!" ... is that how it'd go? Because I can't think of any other way lol.
I mostly meant for himself. Lol "I thought I was worth more, but gathered market data and now know better" Amazon won't care either way. Also, is this the same position, or just the same role with a different team? If they haven't filled a post after 6-8 months, unless it's L6 or above, that's worrying.
What level did you get at AMZN and what was total comp?
Not an issue, I rejected two times in 18 months period, later I accepted their 3rd time offer

No, if it was similar offer no point of rejecting at the very 1st time!!! Different role different level and 120k additional TC...
Why? Do you think compensation the diffferent?
