I was interviewing for this role. But, I've put it on hold. I've heard that it's important to know which team u r joining at Amazon. Else, u could be sucked into a job where you have to work 24/7. N I have heard that one could be easily fired at Amazon. I was wondering if anyone could give an idea about the work culture in AWS training team. I have unfortunately not heard great things about AWS Marketing team work culture. Is training team work culture any different?
It's not easy to be fired at AWS, specially T&C. I know managers that tried to escalate issues to HR and they recommended different approaches to avoid firing people. What position are you interviewing for?
I think I have given up on doin any ambitious jobs now....Microsoft has instilled an unrecoverable fear in my mind about job security....I've realized that job stability is utmost important for living a happy life...my current employer offers me unmatched job stability...the pay sucks here n it's almost half of my salary at Microsoft....but, I guess happiness is the key....I'm happy here.... I thank Microsoft for helping me experience this disaster in life.... I went thru 100s of emotions after losing my job.... thanks to Microsoft I've realized that America is not for me...America is for Indians with a slavery mindset and not a genuine personality like me....so, after a few years, I have decided to go back to India and live a simple life....
are you already on a training team?
