Is there anyone who recently interviewed for the Amazon Alexa AI L5 Data Scientist or L5 Data Scientist role in general? It would be great to get some information about what the screening and onsite interviews focus on. Thanks in advance. :)

If you're hoping to work on cool NLP/ Speech problems you MIGHT be in for a surprise. That part is usually done by Applied Scientists here at Amazon. Data Scientists mostly do product analytics, AB testings, etc.
The work that the hiring manager told me about was more related to developing ML models and less on analytics and testing.
That's great then. But these are very very rare, that's why I said "might"
