Amazon BIE 2(L5) Salary India
Hello all I have recently got verbal offer from Amazon for L5 BIE role . Can someone help me with the salary expectation for this role ? Current TC - 25 LPA YOE- 7 .2 #amazon

You can ask for an offer which translates to 40LPA in Total Comp. Seasoned L4 here are making upto 22-25 LPA TC.

Base =30 First Year Sign on - 11 LPA 2nd year Sign on - 10 LPA Relocation -1.5 LPA RSU - 10
