Amazon CS rep lied

1 item in my order got delayed. i used live chat option to get an update. After 30 mins of back and forth with multiple reps, one rep told me that “your payment didnt get process” hence the delay. I told him that i received rest of the items yesterday and he is lying about the payment issue. he suddenly disappeared from the chat. I dont know how internally it works but lying to your customer is not exactly customer obsession.. pathetic service btw, #doordash service is awesome and Amazon should learn from them #e-commerce #retail
