This year I exceeded the high bar expectations for my role at Amazon. And I was awarded 6% increase to my base, no new stock. I had my meeting on Wednesday and since then I lost every motivation to work again. I kept feeling like my manager played me. It doesn’t make any sense. I don’t know anyone who got compensation review. So please if you exceed high bar what should be a reasonable compensation?
If there was stock growth that brings you over target that seems pretty standard at Amazon

If you are already top of the band then this sounds reasonable
6% for meets bar is pretty good. I remember the days when it was 1-2%. Top tier is the band that gets the big RSUs

This was my exact same increase 6% no RSU refresh L5 total compensation 131K
What level and TC details? 6% is low for exceeds
Current TC before review: 130k rsu: 43 and 55k sign-on Level: L4
