What would you like to know? For starter, the Amazon smile on the logo goes from A-Z if you pay close attention. That’s the strategy. It does operate and completes across every single category and goes above and beyond to get customer satisfaction which is by design written in their leadership principles. Second, they’re are the single largest marketplace thanks to it’s 3P vendors which also was a strategic approach to acquiring the world top brands and bring along their customer on the the Amazon ecosystem. Prime is by far the most trusted membership program which is equivalent of having a citizenship to the Amazon ecosystem of product and brands. Lastly, while everyone see Amazon as a e-commerce store, most of it’s revenue comes from AWS. In addition, they Own IMDB, Twitch, Audible for similar reasons. Ex Strategists on the media and entertainment org.
Thank your for your detailed response. I was aware of a lot of the information you provided, and some of it was new information. I would greatly appreciate if you ( and anyone else willing to help out ) can help me with a mock interview or so, to get a flavor of what to expect and suggest any improvements to totally nail the interview. I am in early days of my preparation - getting acquainted with story boarding around the 14 leadership principals and also the STAR approach to a erring situational behavioral questions.
