I need help evaluating my offer from Amazon for the role: Digital Marketing Manager (L5) I have 5 years of experience. Amazon Offer: $110K Base $20K Sign-On (1st year) $17K Sign-On (2nd year) $130K Total Comp I asked for an adjusted base to $120-$140K (waiting to hear on that.) This seems right, depending on what your RSUs are. Weird that they wouldn’t tell you that in the initial offer letter.
I wouldn't expect the base to go beyond $120-$125. I recently got promoted to L6 Marketing Manager and my base is now $135. Overall, $130 seems low. Ask for more.

120 sounds like the top of the band for non tech L5 roles. Are they giving RSUs though? If yes, then how many? PS I am a proponent of higher base. RSUs are good for tech folks who get them in 100s; non tech people with low base can barely afford a home.
