Amazon Equity vesting when transferred from US to India
Hello Blind Fam, Suppose if I internally transfer from Amazon US to Amazon India during my 3rd year, does the stock vesting still continue like I am in the US or Amazon India has a different stock vesting policy ? Current TC: 130k New TC (from Amazon): 185k YoE: 12 #Amazon #stockoptions #vesting #stocks

It happens more often than you know. People just try to justify by saying "no one's going back". If they start acknowledging people do return and are happy, they will just be more sad being an outcast π€·ββοΈ

It will vest as is. People do this all the time. Enjoy that high tc and cliff
