Business Insider reports that senior execs are leaving in droves due to stagnating pay, tough culture, and stalling growth. What does it mean?
I think amazon will hit a stagnation period or they will need a big cultural change. I remember seeing somewhere that one of amazon's biggest concerns is not having any warehouse workers to keeping turning over before they reach full automation.
I have a different opinion. I couldn’t give two shits about what happens at Amazon + I would never hire a people manager from Amazon. So that’s pretty much it. Fuck Amazon. Peace ✌️
