Day 3: Questionnaire filled and documents uploaded Day 5: Questionnaire received, Fragomen reached out with detailed info, and follow-up documents requested and uploaded. Day 5: All documentation required to process case received Day 6: Draft forms/documents sent for review Day 6: Draft forms with changes/approval received Day 9: Forms/documents sent to employer for review and signature Day 11: Forms/documents prepared for internal Fragomen review Day 13: All certified and signed documents received and requirements for filing have been met Day 13: Case filed with USCIS (shipped via Fedex) Day 17: USCIS received Fedex package Day 18: Receipt number email received Day 24: Petition approval email received
Do they use premium processing for H1 transfer?

Generally, yhey are quick. As soon as they send you job offer, and you provide them all docs, within a week they file LCA.
