Amazon India, Bangalore TC
Hi, I have interview scheduled with Amazon Bangalore, India location. Current Tc- 3200000 or 32 lakhs ( 29 fixed / 3 bonus). Total experience- 9 years. What can I expect in terms of TC and breakup ( fixed/ bonus/ shares)? Also what is the designation (SDE2/SDE3) and level (L6/L7) they are likely to offer at my experience?
Try for SDE3/L6. As for TC, I have SDE2 friends there who make more than you with 2-4 YOE. You should try for 50-60 at least.
Thanks, that's helpful. How much of it should be fixed 45 ? 40 ?
You will be mostly interviewed for SDE2 (L5) role. CTC can be anywhere between 35 to 50.
