In the internal channels, lot of folks are actually content in getting out with huge severance. Each one’s situation is different and layoffs are never a good thing.
Maybe so.. not based out of india so don’t know much about current market here. How is the Indian market doing right now in terms of jobs?

The only reason to apply to Amazon is if you are really desperate. I don't see any point in doing it, at this point.

There are no layoff posts on LinkedIn though. So if so many people have been impacted why are they not seeking employment officially on LinkedIn?
There are multiple posts, I myself have seen them. Also seems there was a NDA enforced that people are not supposed to share it on social media by amazon.
